CardExchange Downloads

• Version 6.x - CardExchange v6.5
  

• Version 6.x Update - CardExchange v6.4.3.0 Update (already have v6.x installed)

• Version 3.x, 4.x or 5.x - CardExchange v5.2.2.0

• Version 2.x or earlier - Please contact our support team for options

• SBS (Small Buisness Server) License - SBS Tools and License Manager

Note: When using a CardExchange USB dongle you will need to install the dongle driver

The SBS Installation of CardExchange should be carried out by a PPC technician or an IT professional. IT Professionals should seek advice from PPC and strictly follow the Installation Guide v1.0

Pre-requisites:

• Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 SP1
• Microsoft ODBC Components (Needed if using Microsoft Access)
• ORACLE ODAC 10.2 (Needed if using Oracle Database)

ExchangeIt products are built with the latest technology available. We follow the latest Microsoft technology and therefore we are always compatible, but it also means that we don't support what Microsoft doesn't support. In addition, our CardExchange® products are built with the latest technologies of Microsoft and run under the 3.5 Framework. SP1 Microsoft is not supporting the 3.5 Framework for lower operating systems then Windows XP, therefore CardExchange® cannot run on Windows 2000 or lower operating systems. Take a look at the specifications and make sure your computer is suitable for running our products.

Recommended Hardware Specifications:

• Windows XP (SP3), Windows Vista (SP2), and Windows 7
• Operatings systems running at 32 bit and 64 bit (pre v6 versions will not run under 64-bit)
  
• Internet Explorer 7 or higher
• Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 SP1
• Dual Core (advice, required for PhotoExchange®)
• 1024 MB internal memory (advice 32 bit OS)
• 2048 MB internal memory (advice 64 bit OS)
• 200 MB free disk space
• Internet connection (license activation and online help files)
